Hoods
the hoods as they where known back in the late 1940's thru mid 50's started up around 21st on the southwest side they where a mix of italins polish and believe it or not ricans, mexican but mostly white.
Latin Hoods
the latin hoods started in the 1970's thru to the early 80's and changed the colors from black and orange to brown and orange.
